No. Attending orientation is a pre-requisite for all participants. Participants who have missed orientation cannot take part in the program.

Can I enter Indonesia on a Tourist Visa and participate in a program?

No, this is not possible. Participants who enter on a tourist visa exemption/visa on arrival will be asked to leave the country and re-enter on the appropriate visa.
