Typical requirements may include:

  • A complete visa application form (available from the Embassy/Consulate) filled out using a black pen only;
  • A letter from the sponsoring university, and copy of the authors’ Indonesian ID card (KTP)
  • Passport-sized photographs (between two to four)
  • Required Passport validity > six months beyond date of departure from Indonesia;
  • A copy of the return airline ticket/itinerary;
  • Visa fees (ca. AUD$70 in Australia) & accepted forms of payment vary between missions.
